    Mindful Self-Compassion

    Mindful Self-Compassion; https://self-compassion.org/the-program/ is an empirically-supported, 8-week, training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding.

    The Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion

    Kindness in Difficult Times (The Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion- SC-MSC) is a 6 week class to build resources to be with yourself with kindness and care when you need it most; when life stirs up those familiar feelings of inadequacy and suffering. In this shortened version of the full 8-week class (that has been offered globally since 2010), learn MSC’s key practices while connecting with others during this heightened time of uncertainty.
